Victoria Boughton founder of Cornwall Property Finders was born and raised
in West Cornwall. This provides her with the tremendous advantage of local
knowledge, not just the technical knowledge of house sizes and types but the
knowledge which can only come from living and breathing the Cornish air all
one’s life. The knowledge of where the sun rises and sets, the direction of
the prevailing winds, why one side of a valley would make a more pleasant
environment than the other, the ability to look at a place in summer and
imagine it in the winter, or to look at it in the winter and predict what
impact if any, the influence summer visitors may have, the instinct to know
that one end of terrace is more desirable than the other.
