It all starts with the simple enquiry form. Or you can call us direct or ask us to call you.
We email you to confirm we have received your enquiry and arrange a time we’ll call for your free NO OBLIGATION telephone call. At this point a personal one on one relationship is established to find out the needs of you and your family.
A detailed brief is taken to ensure we search for exactly what you are seeking.

If you decide we can assist you, we then send you our registration form along with Terms and Conditions. At this point the retainer fee is payable.
After registration we continually undertake detailed comprehensive searches of properties meeting your requirements. We give you constant information by email or telephone (your preference) about each of the properties found for you along with a summary.

When we shortlist recommended properties which suit all your requirements, we undertake viewing of the properties. Our company policy is to search that little deeper to find out all other relevant information you may require about the area. We then send you all this information for you to read, along with photographs. You then decide when you would like to view. If you are travelling to Cornwall, we can find and book accommodation for you. Your personal agent will meet with you and your viewing schedule will be handed to you. If you require us to accompany you, and we can!

If you decide to make an offer on the property Cornwall Property Finders will still help to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
